I have been working at SBLM full-time (more than a year)Pros
It has windows. That's about it for pros.Cons
Unfortunately the list is quite long. The most frustrating part about working for SBLM is management and higher up staff, most notable is the company's president, Joshua Burdick. There is a lot of criticism and rude comments from bosses throughout the company.
Joshua Burdick can be found with his feet on his desk, yapping on the phone, and occasionally swearing his head off over the phone (that's exciting actually). When he's bored, he spends his time searching for employees to bother and threaten to fire. Strangely, he has an obsession with the marketing department, and tends to hover around there and blabber away about mediocre marketing concepts. Shouldn't he be designing a building... or can he not do that either?
The pay is low. Benefits are good, but not as good as many fresh and forward thinking companies nowadays.
Most people that work here are over 40. Anyone under that age, tends to leave quickly.
