I have been working at SCI Consulting full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Many of the people working there are top flight talent. IF you have an "in" with the senior leadership, compensation is excellent and the corporate rules don't apply.

    Cons

No leadership. No training. No real opportunities to accomplish anything. No strategic vision. No corporate culture. Fear dominates the environment (starting and ending at the very top of the organization).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide leadership with honest feedback instead of a culture of "yes ma'am." Top leadership should decide on running a company or chasing unrelated dreams.
