    I worked at SCi Sales Group full-time (less than an year)


    Good people to work with, you get three breaks which is great for escaping. You get a free flask. You get paid a basic.


    Where do I begin? I'll state the pure facts, good basic salary for a sales job but was not designed for you to earn anywhere close to the OTE in commission, there is 99.9% chance you will work for your basic here. Training is non-existent, pitches are written and given to you, little to no support after that. CEO will destroy you if he thinks for one second that you don't have the same passion as he does. The office has holes in the walls. Company has so many fundamental problems which hamper growth, and these will always be blamed on the employees not the company. To put it simply this company is going absolutely nowhere. It is not a sinking ship, its a lifeboat with no engine that will pay you a basic salary to pay your rent. If you have any ambition to earn a decent wage and classify yourself as a good sales person, don't waste your time here, you won't get commission for it and you won't progress.

    I am no management consultant, but the business brings on lots of clients but only a few are kept, something to do with the sales floor is lost in translation, the entire office is negged to oblivion and there is no proper money to be made here. Staff turnover is the highest I have ever seen, all sales roles have a high staff turnover but this was about a 95% chance of not making it past 3 months from either getting sacked (highest chance), or resigning (CEO will sense it and destroy you before you can).

    Another fact as well is every single positive review on this company was written by a manager which I actually had confirmed, you can probably tell.

    To recap, do not work here unless you want to be treated badly, you like not earning commission, you like not knowing where you stand, you like sitting in broken chairs, you like stagnating in your career.

    Work here if you need a thermos flask, your rent is due or someone dared you.


    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    CEO needs therapy, look up the definition for narcissism and sociopath, you will find a good place to begin your diagnosis and treatment. Some of the managers are alright, if you fit this bracket, leave, other people will pay you properly and will treat you better.

    Stop blaming everyone for your mistakes, the sales floor has zero motivation, sounds like a library and you fish in the dark for a virtually non existent commission structure, these are the facts, the whole business needs to remodelled to ensure its future success because this is not a thriving money making sales floor. Start remedying these problems.
