I have been working at SEH America full-time for more than 10 years

Management style is macro (which changes time to time). Great work life balance, on site gym, great cafeteria, decent benefits. Good place for career advisement. Great internship programs (Both high school and college).

Big disconnect from upper management to operations. Company mission/goals always changing. Run by Japanese and have the Japan is the best mantra... (Continuous comparison to sister plants in a negative way)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more trust on American manufacturing, suppliers and operators... If operators believe that you care, they will care too... Also pay more attention to qualifications and ability of middle managers.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
