    Sales Engineers are some of the best in the business Support works hard for their customers

    Cons

    CFO is running sales Increased cost of support pushing customers to competition Lack of direction and support for core technology Management has wrecked the culture, no investment in their employees No career advancement Accountability is non-existent Majority of field reps are re-treads, no motivation to change bad habits

    Advice to Management

    Hire a sales leader that will inspire and motivate. Spend some money to improve core products, hire a real marketing team and hold people accountable or the circus will continue. Stop putting fake GD postings to increase your ratings, it's pathetic.
