    The people are great and very supportive. The benefits are decent. Clients tend to be very happy with our work.


    No growth potential. No promotions, no raises. The company is pretty stingy with money. The company needs to find a way to commend good work better.

    The company needs to find a way to commend good work better so people don't leave. Please consider giving promotions, raises, and bonuses to those who deserve it.
