    Pros

    - Interesting mix of technology and traditional PR practices - Lots of effort put into training programs - Very structured teams - If you get assigned to the right teams, you can have a good career trajectory

    Cons

    - Very cliquey - Managers are far removed from the accounts and have high but unreachable expectations - No real mentoring, support, guidance, career development - Junior staff takes the brunt of the work, and the blame when it goes wrong - Management has no problems over promising and leaving junior staff to figure out how to deliver, no teamwork. Very involved in the new biz process, and then disappear after the client has signed on - Salaries not that competitive and stock program isn't portrayed accurately - Very demanding, late hours - High turnover

    Advice to Management

Focus on your people, and make sure to hire capable managers. Don't bad mouth others, especially current colleagues.
