    I worked at SK Foods full-time (more than an year)


    May pay slightly more than other companies in the area. This is a good place to learn and develop tolerance to unorthodox practices from an employer.


    There is too much "political" drama and favoritism. This place will demand you to work a ridiculous amount of overtime without your approval. Management will treat you like you mean nothing to their department. If you have an issue and talk to HR they do not keep it confidential and afterwards you will be treated worse from retaliation. Basically, if you do not have a personal relationship with superiors, you will have a ridiculously hard time growing with company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would advise Management to learn more about Employee Rights and actually teach Supervisors and others about them. I would also advise that they refrain from promising things to employees and not deliver, this horribly reduces morale. Management should also be very careful about having "relations" with employees that are inappropriate. There are many sexual harassment cases being "brushed under the rug" and many discrimination cases as well.
