    I have been working at SNI Technology as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Weekly Pay -- don't see any other pro's to mention.

    Cons

    Pay is low for the work required, slivers under the wire of Labor Laws. Uses technology to not pay overtime wages. When you question them they don't provide exact answers. They will also black ball you if you question how things work as well as pay. Only hire people when they are desperate to fill a contract. Benefits are less than favorable, insurance that you pay for does not meet the Federal Guidelines for coverage.

    See above. People should have the ability to question what they deserve.
