    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at SPS Commerce full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great company culture, very casual yet professional.
Perfect for a new college grad, lots of new employees joining all the time.
    Opportunities for advancement - lots.
Average pay for employees is at regional average or slightly just above.
A vast majority of the Senior Management is amazing. They've paved a great path for the future of the company.

    Cons

Turnover rate appears to be increasing
The company will work you to the bone if you let it.
Very difficult to get work/life balance.
Noticed that employees going on maternity leave are expected to work - even while on maternity leave.
Conference rooms often malfunction during meetings, phones and other essential accessories go missing. (Mouse, Keyboard, etc.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior technology management leader pushes unfamiliar changes company wide that aren't necessarily favored by a majority of staff. Very difficult to describe to an outsider, but if you're a part of the company you'd know what I'm taking about.
Obvious that there are serious pieces of core internal technologies that are flawed, causing problems throughout the company - often going unreported because it is too complicated to report.
When holding conference calls - I often cannot be heard by the parties on the other end.
