I have been working at SRA International

    Pros

Great benefits! Some nice people to work with. Orders food out a lot of the times when people are visiting from other companies.

    Cons

No growth potential, training, upward mobility. Pretty stagnant without much leeway for growth. No mentoring from direct management, depending on the position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide more guidance and potential for training and career development. Mentor and develop entry level employees who aspire to want to become future management leaders.
