    I have been working at SRA International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good people who allow you to learn at a good pace.
    Good entry level program that does not expect results immediately.

    Cons

    No upward mobility.
    Work away from headquarters so we do not get a lot of attention from the company itself.
    Moving up in pay grade is very difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Meet with your satellite staff more often.
    Have a more competitive pay package and increases in salary or you will lose good workers to competition.
