I have been working at SRA International

    Pros

Benefits are good, I would say they are about average to above average industry standards. Work/life balance is excellent; there is never an issue to work from home or other venue. It's very autonomously managed.

    Cons

There used to be great opportunities for career mobility. Promotions were based on knowledge, skills and abilities. Company used to have more of a family-oriented feel. Team members who were located at client sites felt part of the team back at the "home" office. Now, it's the opposite.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership needs to find a way to inspire their people if they are not going to be enabling career mobility or promotions to those are truly deserve it. Otherwise, there isn't much reason to work here.
