    I have been working at SYGMA Network full-time (more than 10 years)


    Good place to start for recent college graduates, compensation and benefits are acceptable, good office location near Tuttle Crossing Mall very close to I-270, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.


    Poor training, lack of career paths/opportunities, lack of inter-department cooperation, outdated technology, unprofessional environment, promotions and terminations are based on personal favoritism instead of experience, skills, or abilities. High employee turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Review how this organization operates compared to others in the industry. Investigate employee turnover and whether anything is being done to encourage retention of senior associates. Assess employee morale.
