The hours would be the only good thing about this job. Some of the co-workers are ok enough to make it seem ok. My trainer was pretty good too.

I was a rehire at this pathetic company. My first time, I worked for about 2 years. Then I was the victim of attendance favoritism. They work with some people. There are other people they work with. The criteria is favoritism. They had enough to give bonuses to upper management but not enough to give raises. If you got an 8 on a survey instead of a 9 or 10, you were pulled off the phone and chewed out. The second time I worked there, I thought that I would like it better. There was a new client being serviced at this site and it seemed better. Then I hit the floor and found that it was much worse. Favoritism was still a problem. People who have no college degree are in upper management while those who do have college degrees are stuck being slaves. The only way you can move up within the company is if you are sleeping with somebody or if you are homosexual.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of your bad attitudes. Listen to the employees. Be more careful of who you choose for a promotion. Also, learn to be reasonable.
