I worked at Saddle Creek Logistics full-time for more than a year

Each department is like it's own company, so you can hate doing one thing but enjoy working with a different account. Most or the people working with you want to see you succeed, so they offer great advice and help you out when you need it.

Be prepared to work on the front lines and long hours. In the interview process they never tell you about working weekends and nights, or even working on the warehouse floor, forklifts, dispatch, but when you get there be ready to work any and all the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more up front about he position in the interview process. Don't make it out to be perfect - you won't be working in A/C from 8-5 everyday. You will be on the front lines all day, and when you go home be prepared to get phone calls from drivers all night long.
