I have been working at Safeway part-time (More than 3 years)RecommendsPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEO
they are really flexible with schedule
if you are still the newest member of the department and someone that's been there a week longer needs the same day you want off as well. your pretty much not going to get that day off because they go by seniority
depending on the store location there is a lot of bad customers you will get
to Safeway you are just another body that can be replaced
i am a courtesy clerk and we do all the crap nobody else wants to do and we get paid the minimal amount of pay
if you want more money you have to find a different position in the store because even though i have been there for more than 2 years as a courtesy clerk your pay will always be the same.
