Reorg. With Albertsons take over, jobs lost, and then you see promotions for Director and VP announced. Stop keeping the massive layers of VPs. Get out at least 2 layers and have them managed more than 3 people. I'm told its old regime , it won't change even with Albertsons. They don't want new ideas from new people, they are comfortable so just fall in line and rubber stamp like all of us do.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Stop the promotions you are so top heavy it's unlike most all other companies structure. You have 5-6 layers and then the CEO.
