    Pros

Overall great company to work for, if u plan in staying with them long haul.

    Cons

How can anyone stay with a company long haul if they are starting off at 9. An hour must work 1500 hours to get a .25 cent raise.that takes one year to get a quarter. Whn u start u are only hired with 24 hours a week then u gradually get more hours.plus then u have high union dues back intiation fees due and monthly union fees due. So after fourty hours with taxes coming out your around 200 mayb plus a week..how can anyone survive off 800 a month in the bay area..

    Advice to Management

Maybe if you gave competitive pay, your store would not have high turn overs which cost more to hire new people. Maybe your employees would want to give better customer service because they employees know they are getting paid worth their time. Stop being stingy. Mayb u should have an understanding of the people who work for you.then just seeing them as a number!
