    Pros

    pretty good pay, okay insurance benefits. Lots of good people trying to figure out how they can fit in and make a difference.

    Cons

    Company continues to try to drive change from the top down. Ignores commitment to existing customers and existing products at the expense of building a glamorous cloud based product.

    Advice to Management

    Sage has been built, one by one, on the relationships between small to medium business as they entrust their financial information to Sage. Over the years, this customer base has grown, and support and maintenance revenues have grown as well. Sage leadership, remember your roots, and the commitment you have made to these customers - they have trusted you, and they are looking for you to do right by them by continuing to improve their products and to provide a world-class customer service experience every time they need help.
