    My paycheck does not


    Senior management and CEO are completely disconnected from the customers and employees. They treat employees like an expendable commodity that cuts into the bottom line. Because of failed promises and poor treatment, employees are disengaged and disgruntled.

    hire in senior managers who are experts at leading successful companies.
