I worked at Saint Luke's Health System

    Pros

Benefits, job security, the staff level people are magnificent and make it a great place to work.

    Cons

Internal politics and feeling good about themselves has replaced decent business sense by senior leadership. Decisions that are made are not uniformly applied, totally reversed or just ignored at certain levels of the organization resulting in a very frustrating work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop an actual plan to follow and start following it. Reactive management is going to alienate and continue to drive good people away.
