I worked at Salans full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Part of the team were great colleagues to work with, the best, smartest and intelligent, the other part were very difficult to work with. Most of the colleagues from the first part already have left the company. Interesting large-scale projects. Division by specialization. Good enough remuneration and social benefits. Good working conditions (separate rooms for 2-3 lawyers), no open space for lawyers.

    Cons

In general, not very good relations in the company, both within the legal team and the assistance team. Lack of respect to assistant personnel, which is very disappointing and harming to both lawyers and assistants. Lawyers and assistants do not work as the same team. Training is not provided, relocation to other offices within the company - almost impossible, work-life balance could be good (but this depends on a particular lawyer and his/her ambitions). Promotions are difficult.
