    I have been working at Salesforce full-time (more than an year)


    There is free coffee in the morning, a standard work has set since the 1980s.


    The salesforce PDX/Hillsboro office is an abomination waiting in implode from the inside. Organization is terribly, managers have a poor understanding of the product, morale is lower then I have ever faced in any work setting, and you become a mindless drone who solve petty 'technical' cases that rarely stimulate the brain. Furthermore the culture at the office is abysmal with uninspiring leaders who have clearly no interesting thoughts outside of completing their checklist of tasks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Salesforce is a billion dollar sham that makes a mediocre product, but gets to reap the rewards because all the other products are even worse in its industry. They are not a leader in technology nor in workforce relations as was evident by my time at the PDX office.

    Where did they go wrong? Perhaps when they started hiring consulting executives to higher exec positions the company lost its way. They are simply another Oracle, once inspiring, now insipid.
