    I worked at Salvation Army


    The compensation is relative high compared to other non for profit organizations. It has sufficient funding to run real projects.


    Work pace is low and not encouraging. Some bureaucracy within the organization. Not very innovative. Too many image building activities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I suggest the leaders think more carefully about the allocation and spending of money, as well as the ultimate mission of the organization.
