    I worked at Sandata Technologies full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Most of the people were nice. They're in Long Island. Free gym, and parking

    Cons

    I worked here a few years ago, back when I was just out of college. To this day, all I remember about working there is how bad the training was. To this day, I cannot even tell you exactly what their product is. I was never trained on the product, what it was, how to use it, or ANYTHING even though client relations is supposed to be the main part of that business.

    I was never given any feedback (bad OR good) from management. I eventually quit when I found a job that was closer to my home and paid better. Once I quit, however, THEN all of a sudden they had negative feedback for me. They criticized me for not knowing how to use Microsoft Word, which made NO sense whatsoever! They just made something up to make it sound like I was bad at what I did. To top it all off, I worked sometimes more than 50 hours a week with not much extra pay.

    Their management was also clueless, and could never answer questions. It once took over a month for a manager to answer ONE of my questions because she had to find someone who knew!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire managers who can actually answer questions in a timely manner, and offer actual training on what your product is- because no one seems to understand it there!
