I worked at Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem

Your co-workers for the most part. I've made life long friends there but others will stab you in the back to get a head since promotions are rare to come by unless your table games.
Benefits are decent and vacation time is decent.

    Low pay
    Low morale
    Job security is non existent
Management is overworked and understaffed, meaning employees suffer
    Very inexperienced management
If you apply you'll get the job meaning every other person will get it too which isn't always a good thing in the eyes of security
Free dining means occasional stomach problems from unsanitary conditions
If they need to make budget cuts it'll be from what ever they do for employees (no more free movie tickets for doing. A good job, hot meals on weekends)
No extra pay on holidays but Christmas
Hard to take vacation time into the summer
Due to high turnover rate, usually understaffed and over worked
Things were better when Desalvio ran the place
Oh and the company only provided one year of life lock to employees that's personal information was taken during the hacking.
Multiple stories of upper management still having jobs after hourly employees were let go for the same reasons
If you get a management role your good, however hourly employees are treated very poorly.
A lot of issues between employees push under the rug
Intimidation was used to stop employees from reporting issues to hr.
Several females reported harassment from other employees and or customers and nothing was done.
    Be careful, tread lightly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop looking for things to discipline employees and spend more time making a better work environment. Better Internal service will produce better external customer service.
