    I worked at Sapient

    - Exposure to good clients and work
    - Flexible hours

    - Frequent layoffs. People are recruited and are let go without working on any project
    - Top management keeps on tossing new buzz words, which sound catchy but majority of them are vague and confusing
-Work life balance is always a question

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-If People are your asset then please treat them like that.
-Dont change things mindlessly. You can pilot them before making it organization level changes.
