    I worked at Sapient

    Pros

With the right team, Sapient is awesome. With the wrong team and planning, it can be a nightmare. My first project there was amazing but last was difficult. The culture seemed to have changed over the years and the company seems to have lost its way a bit. Sapient doesn't seem to play politics as bad a some big companies.

As a first job it's great, just don't make it your last and only.

    Cons

Work life balance is skewed more toward work. If you have kids, it's likely not the place for you. Very long hours are norm. This is a consulting firm and it's all about the bottom line.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you deploy teams to remote sites, make sure you check in once in a while.
