Their 'great culture' isn't enough to overcome their crap pay

I have been working at Sapient Global Markets (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They're very loose on things. Wearing jeans to work every day you're not seeing a client is ok. Need to work from home? Approval is easy. They give 4 weeks vacation after 2 years employment.

    Cons

They don't pay you fair market value. Negotiate hard on your hiring because you're not going to move much from there.

Because of their inability to pay there is a widening gap where there aren't many manager or senior manager levels. Once you get promoted to manager you shop around for another job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees fair market value. Sapient isn't a cheap shop, yet they pay their employees like they are.
