I worked at Sapient Global Markets full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Well defined solution, customer focus, Aggressive and bold approach. Company potential to break in to competitive biz consulting space.

    Cons

Process overload, Lack of flexibility, lack of quality senior leadership. Poor quality of external facing professionals in senior roles who are mostly promoted internally. Work wise its a fast paced environment where people are pressured and centered to meet own goals with work life balance is compromised.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire good talent at the top who can provide vision, clarity of purpose and are passionate about customer. Fix your recruiting process that lacks objectivity, bring fresh blood to the team with proven skills to stop attrition. Invest in professional people in external facing roles e.g. customers and new employees who matter the most for first impression.
