good safety program best one I have seen so far

not having the experience crafts needed and puts more pressure on experienced crafts to finish the job ahead of schedule and not transferring the crafts with in the company and keeping them employed and just laying them off form one day to the next

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

keep crafts that help complete projects ahead of schedule and stay till the last day on the project and transfer to other projects instead of laying them off and human resources trying to find you another project to go to even if its temporary till your scheduled project starts it leaves a bad taste on your mouth when management promise to take care of you and tell you they going to keep you employed till the other project starts on a Friday and then Monday morning they lay you off I passed up a six month project with another contractor because the job supt told me he wanted me to stay that he appreciated my work ethics and that he wanted me to be a part of his team and then wont even answer his phone

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
