I have been working at Savage Companies full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Decent pay for my area. Flexable family work schedule.

    Cons

Very poor insurance. No medical leave. Had to use vacation when I had to take off for surgery. Supervisor didn't do much of anything but drive around. I've never worked for a company where the supervisor had no paper work at the end of the day and not accountable for anything. Supervisors and management rarely follow employees suggestions or ideas. Preventive maintenance is pretty much unheard of at our operation. It has to be a catastrophic failure for the mech to fix.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A little preventative maintenance could save this company a lot of money per year.
