    Current Employee - Sales Representative

I have been working at Savvis full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

comp plan pays well but is still not market competitive

    Cons

DO NOT work at Savvis as a sales person. Sales people are leaving or actively interviewing. Reps waited over 3 months for a comp statement. When I received my comp statement it was wrong - by a large amount. Compensation is done manually - on spreadsheets - pay is often wrong or late and comp statements are spotty at best. Worst comp plan execution I have ever experienced at any company in over 15 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

pay your people correctly. If sales people made these errors they would be fired.
