    That I had a job and decent medical insurance.

    Plant 6. Assembly

    Ha, where to start ? Extremely low moral due to:

    If you value family and have a life, this is not the place to work. 6 sometimes 7 days a week. You never know until the Thursday before the weekend if you have to work Saturday and/or Sunday so you can't plan anything in advance. They change shifts on you without notice or consent.

    Upper management talks down to the employees, sometimes cussing.

    They micromanage the hell out of everything.

    No one is held accountable for any mistakes so quality is nonexistent.

    The quality department is a joke. They don't hold vendors accountable for unacceptable parts. They expect operators to sort through parts for them.

    No one follows through with any repairs or problems.

    A multimillion dollar company that won't order back up supplies.

    Advancement in the company is a joke.

    Low wages for the automotive industry.

    Pay and treatment of employees vary, no consistency. Including when raises are given. It's whatever suits them.

    There are no plans, everything is day by day. When you go in you have to ask the previous person what's going on, management doesn't seem to have a clue.

    Supervisors don't exist at this company, just babysitters for all the affirmative Acton hired gossips. The longer someone has been there the less they have to work it seems.

    And finally, they have major communication issues! Upper and mid management do not know how to communicate. The employees find out what's going on from other employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take the time to actually LISTEN to what your employees have to say then do something with it instead of always just dictating.
