    I have been working at Schenker full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Co-workers and staff are awesome.

    Cons

    Some employees, (Finance) haven't had raises in over 8 years, not even cost of living. Managers and Sr. Management make sure that their pay in increased quarterly while employees are losing their homes. Communication is very poor, almost nonexistant. Management's attitude towards employees: "you can be replaced." Hostile work environment everyday!!!

    Change your attitude towards your employees. Change the hostile work environment. Change the culture of your work environment. Value your employees.
