    To gain access to experts in the geothermal industry.

    Cons

    No management, minimal communication, no career path, extremely unbalanced allocation of work, and no training.

    Treat employees with respect and consider the value they add to the company, balance the workload, train employees, and inform the staff of upper management decisions.
