The pay is good for the area, and the employees are generally nice. They are an ESOP company, and they do have a 3% no fault attendance policy as well as emergency leave and personal days in addition to vacation.
Where to start! If you like working somewhere that allows management to sleep with employees and promote unfairly, this is the place for you! I used to joke (kind of) with co workers about the management selection process, saying that they picked the top three most incompetent applicants applications, closed their eyes, threw a dart, and gave that one the job. Seriously. The people they promote from within are HORRID leaders with NO ability to manage. Don't plan on working here long, you won't stay! I was here 3 1/2 years while putting myself through college, and saw enough! Oh, and the health insurance? WOW bad. Its one of those "tiered" insurance programs where they find a way to stick you with the biggest deductables and co pays.
