    Pros

    Uniforms provided. OK benefits. 20 % discount on food. Beautiful scenery and wonderful customers. Friendship with fellow CSR's and warehouse personell is very rewarding.

    Cons

    Long hours. No paid holidays and no paid sick days. Ever changing metrics concerning your pay scale. Ancient handhelds and gps units on which your paycheck depends. Moronic IT department with bargain basement software. Senior management rolled out a program of time windows, at location stop and connectivity , with no flexibility or common sense involved. Rules change from day to day , as does your pay.

    Advice to Management

    Spend money on IT , field equipment , and software. Trust your employees , so that they may trust you in return. Time windows need to be modified to account for in field situations beyond the CSR's controll.
