    Pros

Secure - you cannot loose your job, no matter how bad of a worker you are, not sure if thats a good thing or not

    Cons

Politics, favouritism, slow, low oppertunity for growth.

    Advice to Management

Actually try and understand what is needed to be done and stop being sooo cheap. I understand you guys make more money internatioanlly but that doesnt mean you completly cheapen out on your domestic operations
