Great company in terms of base pay and commissions.

The pressure on sales persons on a daily or weekly basis rather than say a monthly basis lead some to put undue pressure on clients and some to not make full or accurate disclosures in terms of what the client can expect to see within a certain period of time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire professional sales people in the management position so that when you hire professional sales people they are not intimidated and you eventually lose people who can build your brand while increasing sales.
