An opportunity to work with some smart and experienced engineers Decent employee benefits
No coding standards are followed. Code is poorly written and is hardly ever tested for quality before deployment. There is no such thing as coding reviews or unit testing. The company is going downhill at a rapid rate due to various reasons as cited in other reviews. The management has no idea of what direction to take in order to steer the business back to profitability. Managers consistently and confidently lie or over-promise to clients about how much we can deliver in a very short span of time. We always end up not living up to our clients' expectations. Extremely low salary. Lots of managers are rude and hostile towards their subordinates. Engineering managers don't pay heed to suggestions given by other employees to improve development processes. Too much of office politics. It's sickening.
Advice to Management
Improve the development processes. Start being innovative and invest resources in Research & Development. The stb product needs a lot of improvement. Stop lying to your clients. Treat your hard-working employees well.
