    I have been working at Searce


    Your growth is in your hands. It is a pretty stable job. Environment is young and fast paced.


    There is little or no assistance for new employees - its all on the job learning.
    Poor pay masters.
    Company isn't growing at a pace that it should - lack of ambition/creativity in the leadership.
    No employee benefits, perks. The management will save every penny where they can.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Organizations grow if the people continue to grow in quality, experience and knowledge.
    Need to treat employees better - with industry standard pay, benefits and security.
    The company currently lacks any 'strategy' top down.
