Good location is all I can think of.

This company is owned by ex consultants from other recruitment agencies. The bosses doesn't have a clue how to manage a company and lead well. Often missing in action and there's no middle management to guide the newbies. Target imposed is unrealistically unachievable and they terminate people every week sometimes without valid reasons. The bosses are micro-managers who install cameras in the offices, access the employee's laptop and check their emails during weekends when no one is around. Staff Benefits are mediocre.
