    Pros

Great customer interaction. Independent work. U get what u put into it

    Cons

Unethical due to non working product
Horrible compensation scale a 1% on merch 5% on "protection plans"
    Terrible upper core of management
    No structure or leadership
You have to jump through a million hoops just to find one answer..
All the store nationwide appear to be a scat show
Store gms and agms will make you do all the managerial things, even though you don't get paid for it, and won't consider you a " manager"
