Getting a discount on the products

Company has poor morale. They can not keep anyone for a long period of time. They lie to you just to get you in the door because they have such high turnover. They will tell you if you have retail experience, you will get more money, but it will take 2-3 weeks to get the raise. They start everyone off at minimum wage, and you remain there, even if you were told you would get more money. You will never ever get a raise. They will put you on for 3 hour shifts sometimes, which is not even worth it with the price of gas these days. The store is very slow, and no one comes in to buy things. They also do not give breaks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talk to your employees like they are human and give them respect. Respect starts at the top. If managers do not respect their employees, how do managers expect their employees to respect them?
