I have been working at Sears full-time (less than an year)

It is very easy to get employed and they do a lot of computer training for the 1st 3 weeks. It gets a person all excited and ready to go.

The reality sinks in when you hit the floor all the associates moan and complain the customers are mainly dissatisfied and a lot of complaints about poor service. The process of ringing up a sale takes forever and is so complicated. The Sears internet selling portal is cheaper than the store. They under estimate the public's internet intelligence. It is plain to see the company is in trouble Wall street shows this as well as the market place. Soon Sears will join the Dodo club and become extinct.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up. Go undercover and see 1st hand what the problems are. Keep it simple stupid.
