    I have been working at Sears part-time (less than an year)


    Relatively easy and you can get away with doing the bare minimum I suppose.


    Company does not do raises for hourly store employees (At least in Memphis). Store managers ALWAYS breathing down your neck about selling more credit cards and store to home.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer incentives to employees to do better. Currently, the only incentive is to do good enough to not get fired.
