I worked at Sears full-time
flexible hours, good people to work with, equipment and tools were readily available. getting parts was usually an easy task.
flexible hours means you have to work weekends, management always trying to tinker with staffing and expectations were not always realistic, pay should be better.
Advice to Management
Always make sure to have enough staff on hand, frustrating when understaffed and overworked. make the pay scales more reflective on performance, not just years of service.
