    They have very flexible hours
    people are great when you dont back stab them in sales


    Managment sucks they worry about sales sales sales which is good but when u threaten someone with there job becasue there not makin any sales makes sales people not want to sell anything. they dont give u raises at all so dont ask.. very understaffed..employees will re ring sales with or without managments approval. the employees run that place not managment which is not good at all beware of this job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    listen to your employees more often and make a different plan to which they no is better were on the front lines dealing with the customers you are not we know what to do and not to do best thing is to listen to us put something in place...JUST HEAR US OUT AND WE WILL MAKE SALES FOR YOU AND GIVE U BIGGER BONUSES
