Former Employee - Merchandise and Pricing Associate in Tucson, AZ
Former Employee - Merchandise and Pricing Associate in Tucson, AZ

I worked at Sears part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Working in the mall
    Professional dress code

    Cons

    Coworkers were rude and unprofessional
Management would rather flirt with each other then work
    Minimum wage
Bosses can't agree on how they want things done which causes a lot of wasted work
You will get almost full time at first then quickly drop down to 10 hours a week or less and then be told your not getting enough done

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your leads on the same page. You are wasting time having employees do something then when the next lead comes in have to do it all over because that lead wants it different. Also, don't hire tons of people then cut everyone down to 10 hours or less.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
